These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and sandibet ("sandibet", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the sandibet website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the sandibet Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the sandibet Platform.

§1 Acceptance of Terms

§2 Eligibility

2.3 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the sandibet Platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.4 Exclusion List. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms, or who have been placed on any applicable exclusion register, are not eligible to register or maintain an account on sandibet.

§3 Account Registration

3.1 To access the full features of the sandibet Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process.

3.2 You agree to provide your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). sandibet is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.4 sandibet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

§4 Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sandibet account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.

4.2 All activity conducted through your sandibet account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized the activity.

4.3 You must notify sandibet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. sandibet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account prior to notification.

4.4 sandibet employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your account data. However, you acknowledge that no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you use the Platform at your own risk.

§5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. sandibet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

5.2 All transactions on sandibet are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the Platform and are subject to change.

5.3 Deposits are credited to your sandibet account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. sandibet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawals are processed within the timeframes displayed on the Platform. sandibet reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.

5.5 You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. sandibet complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities. sandibet reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending AML investigation.

§6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 sandibet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 sandibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

6.4 Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless otherwise specified. Players must opt in to promotions where required.

6.5 sandibet reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines that a player has violated these Terms or the specific promotion terms.

§7 Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 All games available on the sandibet Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by professional dealers in licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined independently of sandibet's operational systems.

7.2 The rules applicable to each game are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account. sandibet's decision in such matters is final.

7.4 sandibet reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, data feed failure, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the game outcome.

7.5 Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are provided by the respective game providers and are available within the game information panels. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

§8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sandibet Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in games or sports betting;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sandibet staff or other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to use your account.

§9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 sandibet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we have implemented tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

9.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all sandibet account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of play;

§10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the sandibet Platform — including but not limited to the sandibet name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of sandibet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the sandibet Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any sandibet content without prior written consent.

10.3 Game content is provided under licence from third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and others. All rights in such content remain with the respective providers.

§11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sandibet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

11.2 sandibet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sandibet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 sandibet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude sandibet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

§12 Termination

12.1 You may close your sandibet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to KYC verification and these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

12.2 sandibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

12.3 Upon termination for cause, sandibet may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, sandibet reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

§13 Governing Law

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.3 sandibet operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the regulatory framework governing online gaming in the Philippines, including guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

§14 Amendments

14.1 sandibet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where practicable.

14.2 The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into force.

14.3 Your continued use of the sandibet Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
